Rarely used 5th Wheel, 4 season, all weather RV for sale. 

Lots of features. 

Has the great "hard-to-find" quality unlike the latest models. 

Owned by a non-profit in Orange County, NY. 

Great for winter camping or remaining stationery on your own property. This 5^th wheel as not been on the road for @4 years. It has not been lived in or used for @2 years. Has been thoroughly cleaned. 

We have the title.

The Challenges …We don't think it is ready to roll. The two back bottom corners have water damage. The wood is dry and we think it may have been there when we bought it and the leak was fixed wherever it leaked from. It does not seem to be leaking there right now. But the wood needs to be fixed. Maybe there is some structural damage and needs repair? *see photos at the end. 

The battery is dead at this point. The other issue is probably easy but we have no one to check it. We just turned the water on and there is a water leak underneath from the plastic tubes. It wasn't like that last season. Might just be loose screws or could be more. The slides are working they we just checked on 9.25.21.
